Nationals from these 31 countries will soon need a visa to enter Namibia
					The Namibian Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security has published a media release regarding the implementation of visa requirement for non-reciprocating countries.
According to the media release, the decision to introduce an entry-visa requirement to countries that have not reciprocated the favourable treatment granted to their national when visiting Namibia is aimed at fostering fair and ballanced diplomatic relations. It will affect a total of 31 countries.
The date of implementation and application of the new visa regulation will be communicated at a later stage.
Nationals from the following countries will be issued with visas upon arrival in Namibia at an applicable fee in addition to online visa application:

 - Belarus
 - Belgium
 - Canada
 - Denmark
 - Finland
 - France
 - Germany
 - Iceland
 - Ireland
 - Italy
 - Japan
 - Kazakstan
 - Kygyzistan

 - Moldova
 - Netherlands
 - Norway
 - Portugal
 - Spain
 - Sweden
 - Switzerland
 - Tajikistan
 - Turkmenistan
 - Ukraine
 - United Kingdom
 - United States of America
